Compass to open a second Chop House

Compass Group is to open a second Chop House in Edinburgh at the  newly opened Waverley arches, on East Market Street. The new restaurant will also have a bar with craft beers and cocktails on offer. The new space, designed by Four by Four by Two,  is housed over two floors, and features a custom-made steel staircase leading to the mezzanine level, hanging booth seating, also custom-made from steel, and original brickwork.
